Mike French handled all aspects of this transaction. Mike helped me purchase the property, managed it for almost 10 years and finally helped me sell it when the time came to move away from multi-family properties. Again, some of the issues we had dealing with this sale had nothing to do with the service of FBM, just the nature of the deal. I think my previous comment explains how I feel about Mike and company. This question is about the actual sale of this one property and some of the issues we had were out of FBM control. Example, buyers changed banks mid-stream. Was that a delay? Yes, was it communicated in a timely and clear manner? Eventually, but more of an issue with the buyers, not my sales team. Did they act polite and professional when the buyer tried to make a low ball offer? Of course they did. Even knowing how I would react, they informed me of the "offer." I've dealt with FBM for over 10 years and must say they knew the answer before they gave it to me. But they still had to make me aware of the offer. Nothing against them, that was their duty. Again, more of a reflection of the buyer than FBM. Eventually, buyer saw that I would rather keep this property rather than sell just to sell, so they gave me my asking price.
